Custom Cheyne Horan Surfboards are developed with you and Cheyne starting on the custom surfboard page. Cheyne’s designs come about by using the right amount of ingredients from the pioneers of surf design from the 1950’s to 2024.

The outline is refined from over 50 years of development, all boards are Hydrodynamically designed starting with the bottom rocker from a collaboration with Ben Lexcen shaper/surfer/ designer of Australia II winner of the Americas cup, bottom contours include a dome with blended double concave and ice-skate razor edges running into a hull nose.

This is a quick reacting board and is very easy to turn. These boards fly.

All surfboards can be ridden as a single, twin, thruster, or quad.

A custom board can be mixed with other designs eg, 82 Stubbies with ZYPHX bottom or ZYPHX with YOWZA bottom.
